1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
1.1 Basis of accounting:
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

1.2 Going Concern
The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis, following assurances from the director that he will continue to provide support for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
