1Fixed assets Investments
At the start of the year the company held 62,500 £1 redeemable preference shares (representing 100% of that class of share) in Campbell Aviation Liimited, a UK trading company owned and controlled by D T C Pollock, a director, and his wife. During the year these shares were transferred to First Echelon Limited in settlement of a loan of £41,926 which was outstanding.
