1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Accounting convention
The accounts are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Going Concern:
The company is reliant on the continued support of its director. At the balance sheet date the director knows of no reason why this will not continue.
