1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Intangible assets amortisation policy
During the period the company acquired 40,000 x £0.001p shares in Fahaboso Ltd. The policy is to value these at the lower of cost and net realisable value, which is zero.
