| The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 August 2016. |
| PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY |
| The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of management of the property known as Bridge |
| Court, Guildford, and administration of variable service charges as agents of the statutory trust for the residents. |
| The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance |
| of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charge collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting |
| the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant |
| Act 1987. |

| The directors shown below have held office during the whole of the period from 1 September 2015 to the date of this |
| report. |
| Under the Articles of Association, only leaseholders of the property at Bridge Court, Guildford, may serve as directors. |

| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |
| sheet date. |
