Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The full financial statements, from which these abbreviated accounts have been extracted, have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Other accounting policies
Ultimate parent undertaking and controlling party
The director considers C E Murch Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, to be the ultimate holding company. Mrs S E Atkins owns directly 44.91% of that company, and has a further interest in 6.83% of the shares held jointly with her husband.
