Accounting policies |
|

Going Concern |
|
The company has net liabilities at the balance sheet date of £40,030. The company continues to trade with the support of finance that has been made available by the director. She will continue to provide sufficient finance to enable the company to continue trading for the forseeable future. |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers. |
|
|
Goodwill |
|
Goodwill, being the amount paid in connection with the acquisition of a business in 2010, is being amortised evenly over its estimated useful life of five years. The intangible is fully amortised at 30 June 2015. |

Depreciation |
|
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. |
