| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |
| sheet date. |
| Work in progress on development projects |
| Development costs of new projects are written off over four years in equal annual amounts to the Profit & Loss |
| account upon completion of the development. Any development costs which are not considered to be likely to |
| result in future revenue by the directors are written off in full. |
