Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Despite the the company's liabilities exceeding assets at the balance sheet date, the directors have confirmed their |
support for the company and are of the opinion that the company is a going concern. The accounts are prepared |
on the going concern basis. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and services, excluding value added tax. |
