1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
The company holds 100% of the ordinary share capital of C W Tax Associates Ltd, C W E Associates Ltd, C W Energy Consultants Ltd, and Tricentrol Exploration Overseas Ltd. All but the latter were struck off after the year end.
