1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
The company's only income arises from management charges receivable.

External maintenance
Funds received in excess of expenditure during the year are transferred to an external maintenance reserve to
meet future substantial maintenance costs on the property of flats 1 - 10 Brookland Terrace, Sayer Street,
Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
