1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents the total amount receivable by the company in the ordinary course of business with customers for goods and services provided as a principal, excluding Value Added Tax. Turnover includes commission earned on services provided by the company where it acts as an agent.
