    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements are prepared under the historic cost convention, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents invoiced sales of goods/services

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write of the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its expected useful life, as follows: Plant & Machinery 15% reducing balance Motor Vehicles 25% reducing balance Equipment 25% reducing balance
