1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of accounting

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover

Income represents the management charges for services supplied to the leaseholders. The company has no income and expenditure in its own right other than that shown in the income and expenditure account. Income and expenditure arsing from maintenance of common parts of the property are shown in separate Service Charge Accounts and these do not form part of the annual accounts of the company.

2. COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The company has no issued share capital.
