1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
The company is a 50% shareholder in a residential property development joint venture company, Beechdale Residential Limited.
At 31 March 2016 the investments comprised:

Loan to Beechdale Residential Ltd – 4,459
Provision against loan to Beechdale Residential Ltd – –
