    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements are prepared under the historic cost convention

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents the total invoice value, excluding VAT

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life Office Equipment - 25% of cost

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Goodwill, being the amount paid in connection with the acquisition of the business in 2008, is amortised evenly over its useful life of ten years
