Director's Report

The director presents his report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016.

Principal activity

The company's principal activity is the management of property at 70a Bold Street and 73 and 77 Wood Street, Liverpool. The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance of common parts. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987


Directors

Mr. B. Phillips served as the company's sole director throughout the year under review.



Small company provisions

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
