1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
The whole of the turnover is attributable to the principal activity of the company, being the trading in residential
properties in the United Kingdom. Turnover comprises net proceeds from sales of residential properties.

Stocks
Stock represents residential properties bought with the intention of selling them.Stocks are valued at the lower of
cost or net realisable value.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.
