| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
| Negative goodwill |
| Negative goodwill comprises the net assets transferred from the Yorkshire and Humber Fishermen's Training |
| Association. The amount represented by non-monetary assets is released through the profit and loss account in |
| the period in which these assets are recovered. In the case of fixed assets this is the period over which they are |
| depreciated. |
