1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
We are free holders of a house converted to four flats and also the leaseholders of those flats. The accounts represent the accumulated service charges paid by owners on a quarterly basis, with outgoings to cover repairs, building insurance etc.
