At the year end the company owed £347,809 (2015: £332,809) to Tilehouse Properties Limited, a company in |
which Mr P K, Mrs J N & Mr M A Shadbolt are directors and hold an interest in the company. There are no |
repayment terms attached to this loan. |
Interest charged on the loan totalled £10,000 (2015: £12,000). |
During the year the company was charged £2,496 (2015: £2,080) from Tilehouse Properties Limited. |
The amount due to them at the year end was £Nil (2015: £576). |
At the year end the company owed £347,809 (2015: £332,809) to Modplan Building & Refurbishment |
Contractors Limited, a company in which Mr C A Batchelor and Mrs A S Batchelor are directors. There are no |
repayment terms attached to this loan. |
Interest charged on the loan totalled £10,000 (2015: £12,000). |
During the year the company was charged £38,444 (£654,119) by Modplan Building & Refurbishment |
Contractors Limited. |
The amount due to them at the year end was £Nil (2015: £119,524). |

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors and members in respect of the |
company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is |
only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other |
primary statements and the Report of the Directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of |
Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
financial statements of Whitebarn Developments Limited for the year ended 30 April 2016 which comprise the Income |
statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and |
explanations you have given us. |
