| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis despite the company having net current liabilities of £972,504 and net |
| liabilities of £691,055 on the basis of the ongoing support of its ultimate parent company. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
| Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Deferred tax |
