1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
ULTIMATE PARENT UNDERTAKING AND CONTROLLING PARTY
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of D.J.H. (Group) Limited. The ultimate
parent undertaking throughout the year was New Equipment Holdings Limited,
a company registered in England & Wales.

New Equipment Holdings Limited is under control of E N Corner and his close family
members who were interested in 100% of the issued share capital.

The consolidated financial statements of New Equipment Holdings Limited are available
to the public and may be obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Companies
House, Crown Way, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ.
