1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents rents received from the company's properties. Revenue is recognised in the period for which the rents |
received relate to. |
Investment property |
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in market |
value is transferred to a revaluation reserve. |
Going concern |
The company balance sheet shows net liabilities of £3,737. The directors are aware of the situation and believe that it is |
appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as they believe the company will trade profitably |
in the future. |
