1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represent contributions received from Leaseholders by way of Service Charge towards management expenses of flats 1-15 Tollgate House.

Other accounting policies
Statutory trust is imposed over Service Charge Contributions received under Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Tollgate Place Management Company Limited act as a trustee in this capacity.

Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital.
