1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

	Turnover
	Turnover represents the value of services charge contributions receivable from tenants.

	Taxation
	The company falls within the definition of a mutual company and is not liable to corporation tax on it's income.
