Going concern |
The accounts have been prepared on the basis that the company will continue to trade as a going concern. The |
validity of this assumption is dependent upon the continued support of a related company, Interface Devices |
Limited. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
