    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    THE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN PREPARED UNDER THE HISTORICAL COST CONVENTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARD FOR SMALLER ENTITIES (EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2015).

    Other accounting policies

    GOING CONCERN THE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN PREPARED ON A GOING CONCERN BASIS. THE DIRECTOR IS CONFIDENT THE COMPANY WILL GENERATE FUTURE PROFITS TO MEET ITS COMMITMENTS. FURTHERMORE, IT IS THE DIRECTORS' INTENTION NOT TO WITHDRAW THEIR LOAN EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LIABILITIES ARE MET AS AND WHEN THEY FALL DUE.
