1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

The company has invested TL 500,000 (£110,470) which is 50% of share holding in Vialavi Saglik Urunleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (the company is incorporated in Turkey).
