    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statments have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents total invoiced sales during the period exclusive of Value Added Tax.

    Durning the year sales of £30,887 were made to Orchard Build Limited, a company controlled by Mr S Fordham. Purchases of £24,051 were made from Orchard Build Limited in respect of costs re-charged.

    Rent of £9,600 was charged from Orchard Construct Limited, a company also controlled by Mr S Fordham.
