The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective January 2015.

The company was under the control of J Rodriguez-Ojeda throughout the year, who is the managing director and an equal shareholder with B Rodriguez-Alonso.
