1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Income includes amounts receivable in respect of interest from intercompany loans and is measured at the applicable rate per the Priority Loan Agreement dated 27th November 2014 and 14th July 2015.

Other accounting policies
Current tax is provided at amounts expected to be paid (or recovered) using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. Corporation tax is charged at 20%.
