1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year.

2. MEMBERS' GUARANTEE

The company is limited by guarantee without a share capital. In the event that the company is wound up, each
member guarantees to contribute up to £1 to fund any deficiency of assets.
