Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

The Company is controlled by Lord Cawdor (V11 Earl),director.

The debtor balance of £74,876 (2012 - £74,876 is due from Stackpole Farms Ltd, a company in which the directors have significant interest.
