have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for ensuring that the company keeps

In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts on pages 4 to 10 from the

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).
