REPORT OF THE DIRECTORS

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st December 2015.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the administration of variable service charges
as agents of the statutory trust for the residents of 50 Burr Road, London SW18 4SQ.

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance
of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting
the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and tenants
1987.

Tenants can obtain the full set of information about service charges in the separately prepared service charge accounts.
