Basis of preparation |

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

The company ceased trading on 29 February 2016. The director does not consider PLANS2PROSPER LIMITED to be a going concern, and has therefore prepared the financial statements on a break up basis. |
