	Basis of preparation
	The company deals with the collection of the service charges from the lessees in accordance with the leases. As these funds are collected and expended on trust for the lessees , these transactions are not reflected in the company's accounts.

	The company is limited by guarantee

	The company considers there is no ultimate controlling party of the company.
