  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represent sales to outside customers at invoiced amounts less VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is calculated to write down the cost, less estimated residual value, of all tangible fixed assets by equal annual installments over their expected useful lives. It is calculated at the following rates: Fixtures and fittings - 3 years straight line Office equipment - 3 years straight line
