1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation
of certain assets and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective
January 2015).

Investment property
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes
in market value is transferred to a revaluation reserve.

4. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Dividends totalling £116,290 were paid to ER Property Developments Limited, who is the shareholder of the
company. The company paid £1 ground rent and £3,450 management fees to ER Property Developments
Limited its holding company.

As at 31 December 2015, the company was owed £4,792 by ER Property Developments Limited. This is shown
within other debtors.

On 12 December 2015 ER Property Limited transferred the registered title of the investment property to ER
Property Developments Limited.
