  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis, which is dependent upon the continued support from the director, who has validated this support for the foreseeable future. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, modified to include the revaluation of certain fixed assets, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008)

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax.
