The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 January 2016.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2016 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of
Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to
financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

All the members have consented to the preparation of an abridged Statement of Comprehensive Income and an abridged Statement of Financial Position for the year ended 31 January 2016 in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Statement of Comprehensive Income has not been delivered.

The financial statements were approved by the Board of Directors on 10 September 2016 and were signed on its behalf

2.	STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

3.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and estimation

techniques.

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year.

Deferred tax

Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the

statement of financial position date.

CAPITAL

The company is limited by guarantee.

The liability of the members is limited as follows:

Every member of the company undertakes to contribute such amount as may be required (not exceeding £1) to

the company's assets if it should be wound up while he is a member, or within one year after he ceases to be a

member, for payment of the company's debts and liabilities contracted before he ceases to be a member, and of

the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among

themselves.
