| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
| Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| Going concern |
| The company balance sheet shows net liabilities of £68,865 (2014 £68,756). The director is aware of the situation and |
| believes that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as she believes the company will |
| return to trading profitably in the future. |
