1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).
Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and the company acts as trustee in this capacity.
The Service charges collected and relevant costs relating to the service charges are no longer included in the company accounts. Information relating to the service charges is dealt with as a separate statement of account.
Turnover
Turnover represents the ground rent collected on behalf of the Landlord

No liability to Corporation tax arose in the year ending 31st March 2016 nor in the year ending 31st March 2015
