The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The directors will review the service charges and expenditure for the next year to ensure the company has
sufficient resources in order to meet its present and future obligations. The directors therefore consider the use
of the going concern basis as appropriate because there are no material uncertainties related to events or
conditions, which may cast significant doubt over the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents management charges receivable.

Repairs and renewals
Repairs and renewals are written off during the year in which they are incurred.
