Basis of preparation |
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller |
Entities (effective January 2015) and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared |
under the historical cost convention. |
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with Technical Release 03/11 Residential Service Charge |
Accounts published jointly by the professional accountancy bodies, ARMA and RICS. |
Following advice in this technical release, service charge monies that are received from the leaseholders of 1-8 |
Windsor Gardens, Somersham, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 3DY held in trust for the leaseholders and |
the relating expenditure on maintenance of the common parts, in accordance with the lease, are shown in separate |
service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts. |
