1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Accounting convention
The accounts are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).
The company is dormant and has not traded, made profits or losses nor incurred any liabilities during the year ended 31st December 2015.

Ultimate parent undertaking
Law Distribution Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales, owns 75% of the issued share capital of Law Logistics Limited.
