Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Encycle Studios Ltd and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Encycle Studios Ltd, as a body, in this report, in accordance with Miscellaneous Technical Statement M41. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Encycle Studios Ltd and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report. |
| It is your duty to ensure that Encycle Studios Ltd has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of Encycle Studios Ltd. Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers. |
|

Depreciation |
|
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. |
|

Fixtures, fittings, and equipment |
33% reducing balance |
|
|
Foreign currencies |
|
Transactions in foreign currencies are recorded at the rate ruling at the date of the transaction. Monetary assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies are translated at the rate of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. All differences are taken to the profit and loss account. |
