    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These Financial Statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards applicable to smaller entities (effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents amounts receivable for goods and services provided in the period net of VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value of each asset over its expected useful life as follows: Plant and machinery - 25% per annum on cost

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Goodwill is not currently being amortised
