Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

Depreciation |
|
Tangible fixed assets are recorded at cost less accumulated depreciation. No depreciation has been charged on the freehold property since, in the opinion of the directors, its present market value is considerably in excess of its carrying value. |
